"You don\'t understand, do you? If you want to leave here alive, then give us all your meat and run away as fast as your legs can take you," the man threatened before turning his gaze to Freya with a sinister smile. "Though, if the girl over there is ready to serve me, I can spare you a rabbit or two."

"Just like a crappy old villain, about to become exp points for MC," Ben muttered, rubbing his forehead. Until now, he believed that people like him existed only in fictional novels.

"What did you say, punk, say out loud?" The lean guy from the right shouted as he walked towards Ben, trying to grab his collar. But in just the next second, the world before him turned upside down, and a ringing sound filled his ears. The lean guy had fallen to the ground while Ben was standing with one step on his chest.

"So then, who is coming next?" He asked, softly licking the tinge of blood on his finger as a notification sounded on his screen.

Seeing one of their men fall to the ground came as a shock to the group, but it didn\'t last very long as the expression turned into anger and rage. Without caring for anything, all of them attacked Ben and Freya at once.

[Waow, so you planned this blood buffet all along, didn\'t you?]

Ben just let out a small chuckle before he let his body loose, almost falling to the ground. He used the palm of his hands to rotate his body, landing a slide kick on his opponent\'s legs. This alone was enough to make a few of his opponents fall to the ground, giving him time to summon his ancient spear.

Freya, on the other hand, was also able to cast a consecutive wind blade to keep the enemies away. Normally, this attack wasn\'t very effective in combat, but against non-mages, it was more than enough to scare a person or two.

.

Ben continued the battle, swiftly swinging his spear to make an opening. He escaped out of the crown towards a more open area. With his agility, he was at least twice as fast as normal humans, if not more.

"Now, then, who\'s coming next?" He asked with a sharp smile, a gazing mockery directed towards the chief\'s eyes.

"Kill him!!" The middle-aged man ordered in rage as all of the men, about 20 of them, ran towards Ben. The sun was getting red, about to fall to the horizon. The hot wind was blowing, making a ruffling sound in the long green grass. While twenty or so men were running towards Ben with weapons in their hands, they ran like hyenas, with an intent to kill.

Amid this chaotic yet beautiful scene, Ben was standing with a genuine smile. As the first enemy entered within a radius of 5 meters, Ben\'s hand moved slightly, and his position changed in a rhythm as smooth as flowing water.

With a swing of his spear, there was a cut on the enemy\'s chest. The cut was long but not deep, enough to distract the enemy and injure it but still not fatal enough to kill it. While the man was distracted with pain, Bense seized the opportunity and threw a punch directly at the middle of his chest, putting him unconscious in the process.

Ben, then again, took steps back, making distance from other hunters. He slightly licked the blood on the spearhead.

With calculative sight, he looked at the three more hunters coming towards him; their speed seemed equal, so he had to take those three all at once. Ben, without hesitation, charged towards the hunter again and swung the back end of the ancient spear in upside-down motion.

The under, who was the target of the attack, raised his wooden shield to block the attack, but there were two consecutive cracking sounds. The first sound was the breaking of the shield, and the second sound was the broken bone on his right arm, which was now bent at an unnatural angle.

The hunter screamed in pain, his eyes wide open. He collapsed on his knees, giving up on battle, and while others looked at him, their resolve to fight was weaving.

But Ben wasn\'t free enough to focus on the hunter\'s gazes and expressions; he quickly side past the fallen hunter, leaving a slight cut on the hunter\'s neck. He licked the blood on his finger.

Without looking at the notification screen, Ben threw his spear towards a hunter who was standing a little far; his weapon was a bow and arrow, targeted towards Ben, ready to shoot at any point in time.

The spear hit the underside of his foot, piercing through it while pinning it to the ground. Looking like a few more members of their group were easily taken down, the hunters in the back stopped in their tracks, rethinking whether they should fight or not.

In the meantime, Ben dealt with two more hunters, putting them unconscious while getting a drop of their blood in the process. This turn of events was more than enough to scare the other half of the hunters into running their tails behind their legs.

"You son of a b*tch, I am going to give you a dog\'s death!" The middle-aged man gritted his teeth in anger, and seeing that his men were running away, he decided to enter the battle himself.

The middle-aged man gripped tightly on his spear, ready to launch toward Ben, but suddenly a crescent blade of green wind shot from behind, leaving a cut on his leather armor. The sheer force of the attack threw him off balance with his legs.

"Running so fast? I thought you wanted to have some fun with me." A mocking voice sounded from behind. The middle-aged man turned his head around to look at the source of the voice.

I was none other than the silver-haired girl, Freya. And before her were lying another five hunters, bleeding and disintegrating, even worse than what Ben did just now.
